A note on the new studio

The new Vida Movement studio in Nosara is being built out now, and professional photography of the finished space arrives later this year. In the meantime, sessions run from Kelly’s home studio — and you can book with her today.

EXPLORE THE SPACE

Designed to help you move, recover and thrive

Three areas, one building. Everything is within a few steps of everything else, which is the whole point of a studio this size.

APPARATUS

The complete Pilates system

Reformer/trapeze table combo, ladder barrel, chair and mat — the full apparatus. It is what lets a session meet a body where it actually is, whether that means unloading a movement or making it considerably harder.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

The training space

A versatile area for strength training, mobility work and balance — with the doors open to the jungle whenever the weather invites it.

RECOVERY

Vida Recovery

An infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression boots, and more. Book after your workout, or come in on a rest day.

YOUR EXPERIENCES

What happens in a session

Every session is designed around you — whether you’re recovering from injury, building strength, improving mobility, or simply looking to feel better in your body.

It runs in the same four movements every time. What changes is everything inside them.

Step 01

Initial assessment

We begin by understanding your movement patterns, goals, lifestyle and any limitations, so we can create the best plan for your body.

Step 02

Guided movement

Hands-on coaching and clear instruction to improve strength, mobility, posture, balance and body awareness.

Step 03

Personalized programming

Every exercise is selected specifically for you, so each session is safe, effective and aligned with your goals.

Step 04

Sustainable progress

As your body changes, your program evolves with you — building confidence and long-term wellness.

No two bodies are the same, which is why no two sessions are ever exactly alike.

MOVEMENT FOR EVERYBODY

Every body is unique.
Every program is personal.

Six kinds of people walk through the door. None of them get the same session — but all of them start the same way, with a conversation.

Beginners

Start your movement journey with confidence in a safe, encouraging environment.

Injury prevention

Improve movement quality, restore strength and build confidence with programs adapted to your needs.

Active adults

Build strength, improve mobility and maintain an active lifestyle with personalized training.

Healthy aging

Maintain balance, flexibility, strength and independence to keep doing the things you love.

Pre & postnatal

Support your body through pregnancy and postpartum with movement designed for each stage.

Athletes & performance

Enhance mobility, stability and functional strength to support your sport and reduce injury risk.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Everything you need to know

If your question isn’t here, the consultation is free and there is no obligation — ask it there.

Do I need Pilates experience?

None at all. Most people start with no experience — sessions are built around where your body is today, not where someone else’s is.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, grip socks if you have them, and a water bottle.

Can I train if I’m recovering from an injury?

In most cases yes, and often it is the best time to start. Kelly is an NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and will work alongside your physiotherapist or doctor rather than around them.

How long is a session?

Private sessions run 50 minutes. Small group sessions run the same length with two to four people.

What happens at the complimentary consultation?

A conversation, not a workout. You talk through your history, what you want to be able to do, and what has and hasn’t worked before. There is no obligation at the end of it.

READY TO BEGIN?

Your stronger, healthier life starts here
