Vida Recovery

Recovery is where the work lands

Infrared heat, mineral water, compression, sound. Time set aside to let your nervous system settle and your body absorb everything you’ve asked of it.

WHY RECOVER

Training is the stimulus.
Recovery is the adaptation.

You don’t get stronger during the session. You get stronger afterwards, when the body repairs and the nervous system comes back down.

Most people train hard and recover by accident. Vida Recovery is a set of simple, unhurried practices you can use after a session or on a rest day — come in for one, or build a ritual out of two or three.

THE OFFERINGS

Four ways to come back down

Grouped by what they actually do to you, because that is how you choose between them.

Heat opens things up. Water and compression move things through. Stillness lets the nervous system finish the job.

Heat

Infrared Sauna

Best for Post strength training, detoxification, and the kind of consistency that fuels longevity

Sauna is an ancient practice, used consistently for more than 10,000 years, with benefits across cardiovascular health, neurological health, pain relief, muscle recovery, stress reduction and immune support.

Infrared saunas use light to heat the body at lower temperatures than a traditional sauna, so the warmth penetrates deeper into the tissue for detox and repair.

Compression Boots

Best for Post active training, or buffering long inactive days

Pneumatic compression mimics natural muscle contractions, moving in waves up through the legs to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage and speed up recovery.

Clients also report better flexibility, lower stress and deeper sleep. Sit back, put your legs up and bring a book.

PEMF Therapy

Best for When the body needs deep rest and relaxation

Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy is non-invasive and uses low-frequency vibration to support cellular repair, pain relief, blood flow, oxygenation and mental wellness.

You lie fully clothed on a mat that adds red light, infrared heat and negative ion crystal gemstones to the session.

We also run PEMF through a library of frequencies with a toroidal copper coil, creating a spinning vortex field of harmonics that harmonizes your cellular environment.

Sound Therapy

Best for Healing the nervous system

Sound healing works through vibration, shifting the nervous system out of a stress response and into deep relaxation, with physical, mental and emotional benefits.

True healing frequencies are available over the sound system or on headphones during your treatment.

BUILDING A RITUAL

How to use it

Three ways clients actually put these together. Each one names what to pair — tap a name to jump back up to it.

01

After a session

Book recovery straight after training while you're already warm. It extends the session rather than starting a new one.

02

On a rest day

Come in on a day you're not training at all. This is when the slower practices do their best work.

03

As a reset

When sleep has been poor or the week has been heavy, choose stillness over stimulus — and nothing else planned afterwards.

Session lengths & rates

Times and pricing are confirmed when you book, and we'll help you choose what to pair together if you're combining more than one.
